2011-2012 Legislative Session
The California Association of Health Plans advocates on behalf of our member health plans before the California State Legislature. Every year numerous legislative proposals (bills) are introduced that that would affect health plans, our members, employers who purchase insurance, and the health care system as a whole. CAHP actively supports or opposes many of these bills.
